Our evaluations offer an additional decision-making basis for important selection decisions. You define the necessary skill profile and we suggest suitable tools to answer the corresponding questions. We assess the candidates with the defined tools. The results are evaluated and an experienced Assessor compiles the corresponding report based on these results.
The evaluations offer an additional foundation to base your own assessment on and supports you during the recruitment process. The tools are individually compiled depending on the skill profile and are therefore independent of hierarchy and performance levels.
